A typical menu consists of the following:

- Full Hog Roast with Apple Sauce, Homemade Sage & Onion Stuffing, and Freshly Baked Bread Buns obtained from a local bakery

- Suckling Pigs: for that extra special occasion

- Full Top of Aberdeen Angus Beef, Mustard, Horseradish

- Scottish Salmon prepared & Garnished

- Roasted Potatoes with Garlic & Rosemary, Jacket Potatoes

- Waldorf Salad: a delicious blend of crisp red apples with celery & walnut pieces, mixed with mayonnaise

- Coleslaw: this popular traditional salad is made to my own recipe using only the freshest and finest ingredients

- Italian Pasta Salad: a mix of pasta spirals with truly summer flavours of sun dried tomatoes, garlic & peppers with mushrooms

- Rice Salad: this ever-popular salad of rice & fresh vegetables, finished with vinaigrette dressing made to my own recipe

- Tomato & Red Onion Salad: a layered salad of ripe tomatoes and thinly sliced red onions, with black pepper and a vinaigrette dressing

- Mixed Green Salad: a mix of traditional crisp fresh ingredients, comprising lettuce, peppers, spring onions etc

- New Potatoes & Spring Onions: new potatoes lightly mixed with spring onions and drizzled with mayonnaise

- Summer CousCous: a popular summer choice made with peppers, tomatoes and cucumber in a basil dressing

- Broccoli & Cauliflower with Bacon Chips: crisp broccoli and cauliflower tossed in our own own mayonnaise with crunchy bacon bits

- Roasted Vegetables: a mix of seasonal roasted vegetables, drizzled with olive oil, served hot. Perfect for your Winter parties

- Cheese Board: selection of finest regional cheeses, to your taste
