Can we supply our own meat?

How long does it take for you to prepare?
Hogs take 8hours to cook, and a Full Top of Beef 12 hours: all meat is cooked on-site
Can you cook indoors?
We always cook the meat outside, in weather-proof ovens, and then carry the whole hog inside for presentation & plating-up.
Do you bring it part cooked?
No - for hygiene & safety, we always cook on-site.
How many people will it feed?
Hogs come in different sizes, and we choose meat according to the function - we can cater for 20 - 1000+.
Do you just do the spit roast?
No. We provide as much or as little as you require. We can do everything from just a roast to organising the whole event.
How many people can you cater for?
We can cater for most groups of people. We have catered for parties ranging from 20 to 1000 guests. There really are no limits!
How much space do you need?
We can work from limited space as little as 10ft sq for just a spit roast. We only require about 14ft x 6ft for a standard buffet.
If I have only 20 people can I still have a pig?
Yes of course you can, but obviously it works out a little more expensive per head.
Can you travel?
We are based just North of York, and cover the whole of Northern England.
What do I need to provide?
We are totally self-contained. Hot water is a bonus, but we can provide our own.
What happens if it rains?
The weather has no impact on our ovens, we just need somewhere undercover to plate-up.
